CALGA RULES AND PENALTIES
- The host professional and representatives shall be guided by USGA and local CALGA rules.
- CALGA Pace of Play Policy is in effect at all CALGA Tournaments. Please refer to the CALGA website for details of the Policy policy explained
- Marshals may assess a two - stroke penalty for slow play against each golfer in an offending foursome.
- Each golfer is personally responsible for submitting her own signed and attested score card to the scoring committee.
- Should a player withdraw from a CALGA tournament, she may continue to play but is not eligible for prizes and must submit her scorecard to the scoring committee. If a player has completed 13 or more holes her score will be adjusted using Equitable Stroke Control for posting as a Tournament Score.
- Should a player be disqualified during play in a CALGA event she may continue to play but is not eligible for prizes and must submit herscore card to the scoring committee. If a player has completed 13 or more holes her score will be adjusted using Equitable Stroke Control for posting as a tournament score.
- A score card must be submitted to the Handicap Chair for each entry to the tournament, including withdrawals, cancellations, no shows and disqualifications.
- A ball shall be played as it lies. The host professional may determine winter rules in which case the ball may be moved one club length in your own fairway.
